Liberal states with two Republican Senators

Obviously, Maine is the most liberal state with two republican Senators.
What is the other liberal state that has two Republican Senators?

Has a chart that shows which states have liberal or conservative Republican Senators.
Nevada is the second most liberal state, after Maine, with a Republican Senator.
It appears there is a state with two Republican Senators more liberal than Ohio. What state would that be?
Georgia? Alabama? Idaho? Kansas, Kentucky? Tennessee? Texas? Wyoming?
As I read the chart, there are three states more liberal than Ohio with two Republican senators. Maine is one, what are the other two?
Any thoughts?

hmm... I would think
hmm... I would think Massachusetts is the most liberal state with a Republican Senator. But which state is the most liberal with two Republican Senators, besides Maine? I have no clue. Every state that comes to mind has at least one Democratic Senator.
Any ideas?
