If a student is in our public schools is not a USA citizen, asking if they should get "in-state" tuition really misses the point of the current nationalism debate. If they should not be here and yet they are, it is a lack of enforcement.

Yet, I would propose we should educate people who want to stay here and make the USA "a more perfect union" should be taught before we teach people who take their talents oversees.

We should remember is our zero tolerance society we are a tolerant nation.
