I guess there is some wiggle room since some of the Cincinnati metro area is outside of Ohio but....

So whoever bet on Cleveland clearly lost their nickel. (Even though I am nearly 100% sure the bet never happened (3rd biggest city in Ohio that begins with a C)).
Canton city is the 4th
Canton city is the 4th largest city in Ohio beginning with a "C". Cuyahoga Falls city is the 5th biggest "C" city in Ohio.
